Our pigs live 100% outdoors with access to shelter and fresh straw for shelter and bedding. They have a full mud hole to roll in (pigs don’t sweat which is why they roll in the mud), fresh water, and we extend their paddock to ensure they have grass to snack on.
During the summer months we run them through the bush - their natural habitat. We time their finishing so their last month is rich in apples, pumpkins and a variety of fruits and vegetables. We feed our pigs a pelleted food source that is a non-medicated, 100% soy-free and corn-free. This option is chosen for a variety of reasons - it creates less waste, is more cost effective and is easier for the pigs to digest and absorb. We feel that it is more humane for pigs to chew on the food rather then lick the ground up slop.
Pork is available by the whole or half only. Pork is sold on a first come first served basis in the fall and spring only.

HALF Pasture-Raised Pork
Price is $5.10/ lb hanging weight (a whole animal is approximately 100lbs-150 lbs) plus processing fees ~ Base processing fees are flat at $49.00 per head ~ Cut / wrap $0.79 / lb.
**Please note processing fees vary greatly depending on the amount of cured products requested (bacon, ham, smoked hocks, sausage, etc.) alongside final cuts of pork.
